Finance Support VA

We are a small business based in Australia looking for a Finance Support VA who can work during Australian business hours. We are in the Health and Wellness (self-help/motivation) field, and being interested in your own health and growth is essential to us!

We're looking for ambitious and hard-working professionals who can work from home and are responsible for inputting data, basic bookkeeping, assisting our financial controller, email correspondence, and formula and sheet revisions and creation.

- Must be fluent in English - both written and oral
- Must be proficient in Trello, Slack, Google Suite, and Xero
- Understanding of ActiveCampaign is a plus
- Must have worked or have an interest in health, fitness, and/or coaching
- At least 2 yrs finance role experience

We have a lot to organise in our business. The more ambitious you are and keen to learn tasks, the more work you will have to do. And you must be willing to be trained.
