Hiring: Finance Manager – Remote | $1,300/month USD | 40 Hours/Week?

Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Reporting & Analysis – Consolidate monthly accounts, prepare financial reports, and review them for management insights.?
2. Budgeting & Forecasting – Prepare budgets for new proposals/projects and present monthly budget variance reports to managers.?
3. Cash Flow & Resource Management – Allocate resources effectively, manage cash flow, and supervise a team of finance officers.?
4. Strategic Financial Planning – Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure sustainable business growth, profitability, and compliance.?
5. Compliance & Risk Management – Ensure financial operations align with regulatory requirements and mitigate financial risks.?
6. Process Improvement – Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve reporting efficiency.?

What We’re Looking For:
1. Finance/Accounting Background – Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.?
2. 5+ Years of Experience – Proven track record in financial management, budgeting, and reporting.?
3. Strong Analytical Skills – Ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights.?
4. Leadership & Team Management – Experience in supervising finance teams.?
5. Proficiency in Financial Tools – Knowledge of accounting software and financial reporting tools.?
