Who are we?
M. ROSENFELD is a European E-commerce company that has been exporting its own branded products to the USA, Canada, Europe, and Japan for over 5 years. The main sales channels are Amazon and Shopify.

The company's mission is to build a well-known high-quality hookah brand with its own hookah products.

Who are we looking for?
Due to the expansion of our team, we are looking for an experienced Finance Specialist, who is ready to perform financial tasks with high quality and make a significant contribution to the financial well-being of our company.

Your future responsibilities:
- Conducting financial analysis and providing recommendations to optimize costs and increase profits.
- Ensure accurate financial record-keeping and reporting for various projects.
- Collaborate with teams to develop financial strategies and optimize profitability.
- Maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policy.
- Monitoring of financial indicators and preparation of reports for management.
- Optimization of accounting processes and financial transactions.
- Development of strategies to minimize financial risks.
- Checking and organization of the Invoices.
- Payment of bills and invoices.

Additional information:
- Quickbooks 200 transactions per month, 40 suppliers - Amazon settlements (14 countries) distributes A2X).
- Payment services (payments entered into Wise or another).
- Control of TaxDoo - Taxually services, timely submission of documents, payment from emails.

We expect from you:
- Higher education in finance, accounting, or economics.
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar position.
- Deep knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, and tax accounting.
- Ability to track and manage incoming and outgoing payments.
- Experience in managing Project Profit and Loss (PnL).
- Expertise in managing Balance Sheets and Cash Flow for projects.
- Knowledge Quickbooks.
- Deep knowledge of VAT Europe.
- Proficiency in English at a level not lower than Intermediate.
