Finance Manager

POSITION SUMMARY
We seek a highly efficient and competent Finance Manager to join our growing team who will play a pivotal role in driving and initiating financial business success by evaluating critical financial information, reporting, and conducting strategic analyses. The responsibilities range from but are not limited to balance sheet analysis, cash flow, annual tax preparation, and bookkeeping functions. The candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and communicate ideas with Management and members from various departments.

OBJECTIVES
Oversee all Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and other Financial functions in the company
Communicate financial results and recommendations to leadership that will help lead to reducing costs, generating revenue, and financial operations improvement
Work as a partner in producing weekly, monthly, annual, and multi-year financial forecasts and budgets that drive results in support company objectives
Develop and suggest process improvements to the management to help achieve revenue and profit targets yearly
Create, implement & report all organizational KPIs
Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances
Create or update the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of the Finance Department

COMPETENCIES
Familiar with “Profit First” Methodology
Present information in forms, tables, and spreadsheets.
Possess expert knowledge of GAAP principles
5+ of experience with financial planning and strategy
Expert in problem-solving and can dig into complex and ambiguous data sets to provide accurate reports
Ability to understand and create complex financial forecasts and models
Ability to analyze financial data and financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flows)
Knowledgeable with the following platforms:
Oracle Netsuite, SAPOne or similar
Shopify, Woocommerce, eBay
Advanced to expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
Must be a licensed accountant in the Philippines
Proven experience managing a financial team in a US-based product company with revenues greater than 15M USD
6+ years of work experience as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or Finance Manager
Experience working in manufacturing and corporate office set-up preferred but not required
