We are looking for an experienced Finance Controller who will handle the company’s financial tasks and work with different departments to ensure everything runs smoothly, auditing, budgeting, forecasting and supporting the executive team with decision making.

What you'll be doing
- Overseeing Accounting Functions (Xero Reconciliation, Accounts payable/receivable)
- Managing Month-end and Year-end Closing
- Preparing financial statements/reports
- Coordination with 3rd-party Accountant for Tax filing
- Leading audits and preparing financial documentation
- Coordination with HR Manager for Employees Payroll Reports & Payments
- Making Forecasted Budgets year-on-year

What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management or accounting roles.
- Proven experience working in UK accounting and strong familiarity with UK Accounting standards
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Proven track record of managing budgets and financial forecasts.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
