Finance & Accounting Support
Conduct bank reconciliations in Xero to ensure financial accuracy.
Process and allocate transactions correctly.
Maintain accurate financial records and update data as required.
Assist with payroll processing while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Support the review of payroll reports before final processing.
Review, verify, and process supplier invoices for payment.
Ensure timely payments and reconcile accounts payable transactions.
Issue invoices and follow up on overdue payments.
Assist in managing debtor accounts and late payments.
Prepare financial reports as needed.
What We Need:
-Finance and Accounting Knowledge (Xero experience essential)
-Strong Attention to Detail
-Organised and Efficient with financial records and workflows
-Proactive Problem-Solver with process improvement abilities
-Excellent Written and Verbal Communication
-Capacity to Meet Deadlines and Multitask
-Discretion and Confidentiality when managing sensitive matters.
