About the Role
As a Finance Accounts Administrator, you will be an integral part of the client's financial team, responsible for managing and reconciling transactions and expenses across our various operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that all financial records are accurate and up to date. This is a part-time position, offering flexibility while playing a crucial role in the company's financial operations. If you are detail-oriented with experience in accounting and familiarity with tools like Xero and Stripe, we'd love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities
Transaction and Expense Reconciliation: Reconcile all financial transactions and expenses, ensuring accuracy and consistency across different accounts.

Book Management: Maintain and manage the financial records for multiple entities within our company, ensuring all data is correctly recorded and organised.

Invoicing: Issue invoices to suppliers promptly and ensure that all invoices are tracked and followed up on as necessary.

Financial Software Utilisation: Use accounting software like Xero and payment processing tools like Stripe to manage financial transactions and records.

Other Responsibilities
Make necessary process suggestions and improvements which can help the team.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Perform other related tasks and duties that may be assigned by the client later on.

About You
Experience: You have 3+ years experience in accounting or finance, particularly in managing books and reconciling transactions.

Software Proficiency: You are familiar and have at least 1 year experience using Xero as an accounting software and Stripe as a payment platform

Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for detail and are meticulous in managing financial records and reconciling accounts.

Organised: You can efficiently manage the financial records of multiple entities, ensuring all data is accurate and well-maintained.

Communication: Excellent communication skills and can effectively communicate with suppliers and other stakeholders, ensuring that all financial matters are handled professionally
