Film Screening Coordinator / Customer Service

About Us:
We are a global film distributor based in Australia, empowering communities to host screenings of impactful films that spark conversations and drive social change worldwide. This role begins as a remote position.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Cinema and Events Coordinator to manage the booking and coordination of screenings in cinemas and venues across ANZ and internationally. This is a key role in helping us bring powerful films to diverse audiences and create meaningful engagement through one-off events. If you have exceptional written and spoken English skills, great attention to detail, and a passion for film, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities
Co-ordinate bookings and logistics for cinema, venue-based, and virtual screenings globally under the guidance of a Bookings Manager.
Act as the contact for cinemas, venues, and event organizers to ensure smooth execution.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies that drive attendance and engagement.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, contracts, and communications.
Support the marketing team with outreach campaigns and promotional activities.
Use tools such as CRM systems (GoHighLevel), social media, and lead generation platforms to manage bookings and track performance.
Provide outstanding customer service to partners, clients, and stakeholders.


Requirements
Must-Have Skills:
Immediate availability to start.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Impeccable written and spoken English communication skills.
Experience with social media platforms and digital tools.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.) and CRM systems (experience with GoHighLevel is a bonus).
A reliable computer with a strong internet connection.
Flexibility with working hours, including early or later starts (6am PH time).
Passion for the film industry and a commitment to driving social change.


Preferred Skills:
Experience in bookings, event coordination, or a related field.
Familiarity with tools like WordPress, Canva, and ChatGPT.
