Role Description

Supervise field data collecting, market research, quotas, and work schedules for particular projects.


Qualifications

· Living in the Philippines.

· Supervise field interview personnel to ensure efficiency.

· Check the quality of interviews to ensure they are factual and fit the aims.

· Train interview team with respect to how to work efficiently.

· No gender limitations, between 25 - 45 years.

· Have at least 7-8 years' experience as a field data collection supervisor.

· Special consideration will be given to teams that are ready to work and capable of managing the team.

· Capable of working under pressure, hard-working, patient, and honest in duty.

· Have experience of Microsoft Office.

· Bachelor's degree or higher, communication skills, and a passion for market research.

· Candidates who have fluent English will be given additional consideration.
