A woman-owned, boutique real estate company serving Queens, Brooklyn, and Long Island, NY. We are dedicated to delivering superior service and exceptional results for our clients. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic, driven Virtual Assistant to join our team and help expand our presence in the market.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Real Estate Telemarketer to assist with cold calling, generating leads, and setting appointments. As part of a fast-paced team, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for learning, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
*Cold Calling: Reach out to potential clients, build relationships, and qualify leads.
*Lead Generation: Generate and nurture leads to build a pipeline of potential sellers.
*Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and appointments for real estate agents.
*Client Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and the team.
*Documentation: Manage and organize lead details and notes in Google Docs, Asana, and Dochub.

*Strong communication skills: Clear, loud, and professional speaking ability.
*A people person who is friendly, approachable, and able to build rapport quickly.

*Hungry to learn and grow—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
*Must be a team player who works well with others.
*Experience in real estate or telemarketing

What You’ll Need:
*Software Tools: Google Docs, Asana, Dochub.
*Hours: Full-time, 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM EST.
*Pay: $5 per hour, plus lead incentives.
*Training: Paid onboarding and ongoing training provided.
