We're hiring a Scheduling Assistant to help keep our operations running smoother than a showroom shine.
Your Role:
• Master of Schedules: Coordinate photography jobs seamlessly, ensuring deadlines and communication stay sharp.
• Client Ambassador: Handle appointment confirmations, resolve issues gracefully, and nurture client relationships.
• Sales Sidekick: Help our sales team book appointments, respond to inquiries, and make magic happen.
• Sales Packet Hero: Create cool, attractive sales packets that wow potential customers.
• Quality Guardian: Collaborate with the QA team to maintain our flawless service standards.
Schedule:
Weekdays: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–7 PM CST
Alternate Saturdays: 9 AM–5 PM CST
Total Hours: 40–45/week (occasional overtime to tackle big wins together).

• Have experience in scheduling, customer service, or admin roles (Sales know-how? Even better!).
• Juggle tasks like a pro, thrive under deadlines, and love organizing chaos into order.
• Communicate with clarity, warmth, and professionalism—no corporate bots, just real humans.
• Are tech-savvy with CRMs/scheduling tools (or excited to learn!).
• Solve problems calmly, with a meticulous eye for detail.
• Bonus: Basic design skills to elevate sales materials.
What You’ll Need:
• Education: High school diploma required (college degree? Awesome, but not a dealbreaker).
• Tech Setup: Reliable, fast internet and a video chat-ready device.
