Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused Female Customer Service Representative who has experience as an Executive Assistant to manage client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional support to our customers. This position requires strong communication skills in English (no accent), as well as a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have the ability to juggle multiple tasks, provide clear and effective communication, and be eager to grow within our company.

Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professional and clear communication in English.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns quickly, offering effective solutions and follow-up as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, documenting all interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- Process orders and inquiries, ensuring precision and attention to detail at all times.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are addressed promptly.
- Provide support for executive-level tasks, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and organizing important documents.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback across different platforms to maintain and enhance the company’s image.
- Assist in special projects, ensuring that all customer service tasks and executive support duties are completed to a high standard.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company to customers, partners, and leadership.

Requirements:
- Must be Female.
- Proven experience in customer service or a client-facing role.
- Experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, providing high-level support to executives.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English with no accent, and a clear, confident phone presence.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant software tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with great attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in challenging or high-pressure situations.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while also being a collaborative teaUpgrade to see actual infomber.
-High level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive customer and executive information.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role in a fast-paced or growing business environment.
- Experience with outbound sales or business development.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service management software.
- Experience working remotely and managing tasks virtually.
