We are a growing fashion dropshipping business looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to help streamline our operations. Our focus is on providing stylish, high-quality products to our customers while ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Listing Management: Create and optimize product listings on our Shopify store, including writing compelling titles and descriptions that enhance SEO.

• Market Research: Conduct research on current fashion trends, competitor pricing, and popular products to keep our inventory fresh and appealing.

• Social Media Management: Help manage our social media accounts by creating engaging content that promotes our products and brand identity.

• Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks to support business operations, including data entry and maintaining spreadsheets.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role within the e-commerce or fashion industry, with at least 1 year of experience working specifically with Shopify fashion stores.

• Strong understanding of Shopify platform functionalities and best practices.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.

• Familiarity with fashion terminology and trends is highly desirable.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
