Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and innovative Fashion Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current and emerging streetwear trends, an eye for detail, and the ability to translate cultural moments into wearable designs that resonate with our audience. We are looking for about 10-15 full "A TO Z" designs/techpacks per month.


Responsibilities:

- Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of streetwear trends, subcultures, and market demands to inspire fresh and relevant designs.

- Design Creation: Develop unique apparel concepts, from sketches to final tech packs, for seasonal collections and capsule drops.

- Tech Packs: Create detailed, professional tech packs, including specifications, measurements, and materials, to be sent directly to manufacturers.

- Material & Fabric Selection: Source high-quality, sustainable materials aligned with the brand’s aesthetic and values.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the production, marketing, and creative teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across collections.

- Prototyping: Oversee the creation of samples and prototypes, ensuring quality and design accuracy.

- Adaptation: Incorporate customer feedback and industry shifts to refine designs and product lines.


Qualifications:

- Proven experience in fashion design, preferably in streetwear or urban fashion.

- Strong portfolio showcasing original streetwear designs and trend-focused creations.

- Expertise in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CLO 3D).

- Demonstrated ability to create detailed tech packs suitable for manufacturer use.

- Deep understanding of streetwear culture, fashion history, and its connection to music, art, and social movements.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining creative integrity.
