Are you passionate about fashion and customer service? Do you have experience with Shopify and love helping customers? We are looking for a Customer Support Virtual Assistant** to join our growing e-commerce team!

### What You’ll Do:
? Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media (order updates, returns, product questions)
? Process refunds, exchanges, and manage disputes on Shopify
? Track and update order statuses to keep customers informed
? Collaborate with the fulfillment team to resolve shipping issues
? Maintain a friendly and professional tone in all customer interactions
? Assist with occasional social media engagement and community building

### What We’re Looking For:
?? Experience in customer support (preferably in e-commerce or fashion)
?? Familiarity with Shopify and order management systems
?? Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
?? Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
?? Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
?? Bonus: Experience with fashion-related customer service
