We are a dynamic digital media company expanding into the faceless YouTube niche. We are seeking a skilled and creative Faceless YouTube Channel Manager to develop and manage multiple channels, ensuring consistent growth, high-quality content, and audience engagement.

Responsibilities:

- Create and manage multiple faceless YouTube channels in various niches.
- Develop and implement channel strategies to optimize growth and engagement.
- Research trending topics and niches for content creation.
- Source and collaborate with content creators, scriptwriters, voiceover artists, and video editors.
- Oversee the creation of videos, ensuring they are high-quality and align with the brand’s vision.
- Monitor analytics and performance metrics to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
- Ensure adherence to YouTube’s guidelines and policies.
- Develop and execute monetization strategies, including sponsorships and ad placements.

Requirements:

- Part Time & Full Time Role Available ( 20 - 40 Hours Per Week )
- Proven experience in creating and managing successful YouTube channels.
- Proof of previous experience or portfolio of work.
- Strong knowledge of YouTube algorithms, SEO, and best practices.
- Creative mindset with the ability to identify unique content opportunities.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with editing software and video production workflows is a plus.
