Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook/Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. The initial focus will be on running ads for our own business, with plans to extend these services to our clients in the near future. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that drive leads, conversions, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for developing comprehensive paid advertising strategies that align with our business objectives, including conducting in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities. In this role, you will set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns across Facebook/Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, using A/B testing methodologies to refine targeting, messaging, and creatives. You will analyze performance metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROAS, providing regular reports with actionable insights to guide campaign improvements. Additionally, effective collaboration with the marketing team is crucial to ensure alignment with broader marketing goals, and you will be expected to communicate clearly about campaign progress, updates, and recommendations. As our business grows, your responsibilities will also include onboarding new clients and managing their campaigns to achieve optimal performance and scalability.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has demonstrable success managing Facebook/Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, with particular emphasis on strategies involving remarketing, audience targeting, and funnel optimization. You should be comfortable interpreting complex data and using analytics tools such as Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel to inform campaign decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential for smooth collaboration, especially in a remote setting. It is also important that you stay current with the latest digital advertising trends, best practices, and platform updates, and have a strong understanding of each platform’s compliance and guidelines. Finally, you should be able to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and adapt to various industry niches, showcasing a willingness to grow alongside our expanding operation.
