Facebook Setup Manager & Customer Support

Are you great with computers and customer service? Do you have experience with advertising on Facebook? And are you available to work on the weekends (both Saturday & Sunday)?
Then we’re looking for you to come join our team!

For our company, currently a team of 5 people, we’re looking for multiple enthusiastic team players to assist us with helping our clients. We are a fast-growing company that helps people to advertise on Facebook, and we need more team members to take our operation to the next level.

The work you will be doing:
- Ordering and managing supply/services for our clients,
- Preparing and connecting (digital) accounts through Facebook Business Manager and other tools,
- Help with customer service: answer incoming questions, complaints and orders.

You will receive direct 1-on-1 coaching by one of our team members who is currently responsible for these activities. You will work alongside him and eventually work independently when you are ready to work alone.
We will teach you every step of our processes. Our goal is to have you working independently within 2 weeks. There is a big learning curve, so if you apply for this position, please be ready to learn a lot.

We’re looking for someone who is available at flexible hours as the workload varies per day. Some days are very busy, other days are more quiet.

!Important: you MUST be available to work on the weekends!

Having experience with Facebook Business Manager and/or Advertising is REQUIRED. You need to be good at solving problems and learning new things quickly by yourself.

Working hours: we have two available options:
#1 - (PH timezone) 08:00h until 16:00h
#2 - (PH timezone) 15:00h until 23:00h

Please be fluent in English speaking and writing. Your job will only require writing in English, but we do team meetings via video calls, so we like you to speak good English as well :)
