We are looking for a
A person applying for this rule should have the following skills:
1. Understanding

2. Data Analysis and Reporting
Ability to analyze performance metrics like CTR (Click-Through Rate), CPC (Cost Per Click), and ROI.
Use of insights to refine campaigns and communicate results effectively.
3. Copywriting Skills
Crafting compelling ad copy that aligns with the audience's needs and platform tone.
Using clear, persuasive language to drive clicks and conversions.
4. Creativity and Visual Content Design
Creating or guiding the development of eye-catching visuals that resonate with target audiences.
Knowledge of tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or other design platforms is advantageous.
5. Audience Targeting Expertise
Deep understanding of how to segment and target
Using data to create personalized ad experiences for different customer personas.
6. Knowledge of
Keeping up-to-date with changes to the platform’s algorithm.
Optimizing content and campaigns to achieve better organic and paid reach.
7. Budget Management
Strategic allocation of budgets across campaigns to maximize impact.
Ability to adjust spending based on performance data and campaign objectives.
8. Retargeting and Remarketing Strategies
Experience setting up and managing retargeting campaigns to re-engage users.
Knowledge of how to use
9. Excel Knowledge
You have to be able to use Excel on a basic level and know your way around it to keep lists organized.
