Facebook Media Buyer - Global Watch Brand (Meta)

Currently we are looking for a Meta Media Buyer to help us scale to the next level.

We’re looking for a Meta Ads Specialist who’s experienced in launching test campaigns and scaling winning ads. You will be responsible for testing new ad creatives, audiences, and offers, and helping us scale what works profitably. You’ll work closely with our founder and creative team to make sure the right messages reach the right people.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Launch test campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) to find new winners.
- Analyze ad performance and scale the best-performing ads.
- Collaborate with our creative team to develop and test new ad angles, hooks, and formats (UGC, carousels, statics, videos, etc.).
- Test different audiences, placements, offers, and landing pages.
- Provide clear reports and insights directly to the founder on what’s working and what’s not.
- Keep up with Meta’s latest ad updates and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years experience running and scaling Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram).
- Proven track record of testing and scaling in the DTC e-commerce space.
- You’re analytical and know how to make data-driven decisions.
- Fluent in English.
