JOB OVERVIEW

Gymtopia, the first AI-powered ad agency tailored for gym owners, is looking for Media Buyers to join our innovative team. In this role, you'll navigate evolving trends to create impactful digital advertising campaigns for our clients. As a Media Buyer, you'll contribute significantly to our content marketing efforts and lead performance-driven ad campaigns. This position requires strong analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and keen attention to detail to manage multiple campaigns while optimizing results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate across departments to align campaign strategies and objectives.
- Provide ongoing insights and updates on campaign performance to stakeholders.
- Proofread advertising content before launching.
- Define, measure, and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) for media campaigns.
- Track and present campaign data (views, click-through rates, engagements, conversions).
- Execute and manage media buys across various platforms.
- Oversee and allocate budget for paid media initiatives.
- Perform detailed keyword and website research, ad grouping, and audience targeting.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Utilize social media marketing tools to promote the company brand.
- Prepare and share advertising lead reports with stakeholders.
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content regularly (text, photos, videos).
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Work with marketing professionals to create social media campaigns.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders on social media.
- Analyze digital marketing and social media strategies, identify weaknesses, and recommend improvements.
- Educate and encourage other staff on social media best practices.

Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of digital advertising strategy.
- Minimum of 1-year experience as a Media Buyer.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong skills in data analysis and reporting, with experience using tools like Google Analytics.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience with programmatic advertising is a plus.
- Willingness to work the graveyard shift.
