Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a
Responsibilities:
Product Sourcing and Selection:
Identify trending and profitable products suitable for dropshipping.
Establish relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
Continuously research market trends to ensure a competitive product offering.
Store Management:
Create and optimize product listings on
Implement effective pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment.
Order Fulfillment and Logistics:
Oversee the order fulfillment process, including processing orders, managing shipping, and tracking deliveries.
Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize shipping times and costs.
Resolve any issues related to order fulfillment, shipping delays, or product returns.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
Manage customer feedback and strive to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and encourage repeat purchases.
Performance Analysis and Optimization:
Monitor key performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, and profitability.
Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Implement strategies to optimize store performance and achieve growth targets.
Marketing and Promotion:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales on
Utilize advertising tools and techniques to reach target audiences effectively.
Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate Marketplace promotions with other marketing channels.
Requirements:
Proven experience in e-commerce, particularly in dropshipping operations.
Strong understanding of
Proficiency in product sourcing, listing optimization, and order fulfillment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with suppliers.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience with e-commerce platforms, inventory management systems, and analytics tools is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
