Key Responsibilities:
-Develop, manage, and optimize
-Conduct audience research and create targeted ad strategies.
-Design compelling ad creatives and write engaging copy.
-Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
-A/B test different ad variations to improve conversions.
-Stay updated with
-Collaborate with content creators and designers to enhance ad effectiveness.
-Generate performance reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in
-Strong understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
-Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for performance.
-Creative thinking with an eye for engaging ad design and copywriting.
-Experience with e-commerce, lead generation, or brand awareness campaigns.
-Knowledge of other social media advertising platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) is a plus.
-Strong communication and organizational skills.
