Position: Facebook Ads Manager & GoHighLevel Automation Specialist
Location: Remote
Type: Full-time
Compensation: $4/hour + Bonuses - goes to $5/hour after 60 days

Key Responsibilities:


Facebook
Ads Management:
- Plan, create, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to achieve client objectives (e.g., lead generation, sales, brand awareness).
- Setup Pixels and Ads for key customers
- Monitor and analyze key metrics, providing clear and actionable performance reports.

GoHighLevel Automation:

- Set up and manage workflows, pipelines, and automations in GoHighLevel for lead nurturing and client retention.
- Develop client dashboards and integrate third-party tools for seamless CRM functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with GoHighLevel systems.


Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns with measurable success.

- Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, including workflows, automations, and CRM tools.

- Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and emails.

- Proficient in understanding and interpreting campaign data using Facebook Ads Manager and GoHighLevel reporting tools.

- Knowledge of pixel implementation and tracking for campaign attribution.

Skills & Attributes:

- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and client management skills.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in additional platforms like Google Ads or TikTok Ads.
- Certification in Facebook Ads or Digital Marketing.
- Familiarity with Zapier for workflow integrations.
- Background in working with service-based businesses.
