Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and implement a creative content strategy for
Content Production: Plan, design, and curate engaging posts, stories, and videos that resonate with our target audience.
Community Engagement: Actively manage and grow our online community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering meaningful interactions.
Ad Campaign Management: Oversee Meta ad campaigns to increase reach and engagement while monitoring performance and optimizing budgets.
Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics, analyze trends, and adjust strategies based on data insights to continually improve results.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader campaigns and initiatives.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing
Strong creative skills with proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar software.
Familiarity with Meta’s advertising platforms and best practices for paid social media campaigns.
Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
