Hiring: Facebook/Instagram Ads Specialist for Online Personal Training

We’re looking for an experienced Facebook & Instagram Ads VA to help us scale our online personal training business.

This is a PLUG-and-PLAY role—meaning you must already have a proven system that gets results for online fitness coaching.

What We Need:

Expert in running paid ads for online PT / fitness coaching (NOT e-commerce, dropshipping, or local gyms)
Proven system that has generated sales for similar businesses
Ability to work with a £20/day budget initially – If it’s profitable, we will scale aggressively
Sales-focused approach – We need 1+ sale per week minimum to keep things profitable
Familiar with tracking key metrics (CPL, CPS, CTR, ROAS)
Experience in high-ticket coaching funnels is a bonus
No sales calls – We use WhatsApp Business to send testimonials, reviews, and answer questions
& an ability to work in a small team via telegram

What We Offer:

Paid trial for 2 weeks (rate to be discussed) – If we see clear results, we’ll adjust for a longer-term agreement
