Facebook Group Admin/Moderator and DM Setter

Join our dynamic team as a Facebook Group Admin/Moderator and DM Setter, and be a part of a community dedicated to helping desk workers lose 20+ lbs and achieve their fitness goals!

Responsibilities:

Group Moderation:
- Monitor and manage the Facebook group to ensure a positive and supportive environment.
- Approve and decline member requests based on predefined criteria.
- Enforce group rules and guidelines, addressing any issues or conflicts promptly.

Member Engagement:
- Welcome new members by tagging them in personalized welcome posts.
- Encourage participation and engagement within the group by initiating discussions and responding to member posts.

Direct Messaging:
- Reach out to group members via direct messages to build relationships and offer support.
- Answer inquiries and provide information about our coaching program.
- Encourage and guide members to book a call with our coach for a personalized consultation.

Administrative Tasks:
- Keep track of group activities and report on engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for increasing group activity and member retention.

Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in managing and moderating Facebook groups.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with group members.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their goals.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a health and fitness community.
- Experience using slack, meta business suite, and excel
- Familiarity with direct response marketing and sales.
