To continue our growth, we're looking for an experienced Remote Ads Specialist to help us scale and refine our paid advertising campaigns. If you're a self-driven, results-oriented individual with a deep understanding of paid media and a knack for creating high-performing ads, this is the perfect role for you!

What You'll Do:
As a Remote Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. Your work will directly impact our online visibility, customer acquisition, and overall marketing performance.

You will:

Design and implement high-converting PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Analyze audience behavior and campaign performance to optimize bids, budgets, and targeting.
Create compelling ad copy and visuals that align with the brand and resonate with our target audience.
Run A/B tests to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
Stay on top of digital advertising trends, tools, and best practices to keep campaigns fresh and effective.
Monitor campaign performance regularly and provide detailed reports, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, product) to ensure alignment and campaign success.
Drive strategies that align with business goals, ensuring a solid ROI on ad spend.
Who We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate is a digital advertising expert with a proven track record of running successful PPC and social media ad campaigns. You should be comfortable working independently and remotely, with a focus on results and data-driven decision-making.

Required qualifications include:

3+ years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns, particularly in Google Ads and Facebook Ads (experience with LinkedIn and other platforms a plus).
Strong understanding of key digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create persuasive, engaging ad copy.
Ability to analyze data, extract actionable insights, and optimize campaigns for better performance.
Comfortable with A/B testing, bid management, and targeting optimization.
Experience with ad creation tools, reporting dashboards, and campaign management software.
Ability to think creatively while also being data-driven to ensure campaigns achieve the highest ROI.
Self-motivated and highly organized, with an ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
