Square 1 Group is seeking an experienced >Facebook Community Manager to nurture and grow our online community. This part-time role is perfect for someone who excels at engaging audiences, managing social media content, and fostering positive interactions within online communities.

Role Objectives:

Develop and implement strategies to increase engagement and community size.
Monitor and moderate discussions within the community to maintain a positive environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Management: Curate, schedule, and manage all content for the community, ensuring it aligns with our brand’s voice and objectives.
Engagement: Actively engage with community members, respond to comments and questions promptly, and foster a welcoming environment.
Analytics: Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews; leverage metrics to shape community strategies.
Community Growth: Employ tactics to grow the community organically, enhancing brand visibility and member satisfaction.

Who You Are:

Experienced: You have a proven track record managing >Facebook communities and are familiar with Facebook’s suite of tools.
Communicator: Excellent communication skills, with an ability to spark and sustain conversations.
Analytical: Strong analytical skills to gauge content performance and community health.
Organized: Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
