(Facebook Agency) Customer Support for Ad accounts and proxies (experience required)

Do you know what 'proxies' are? Have you worked with the FB Business Manager, FB Ad Accounts and have you solved account bans/blocks/issues before? Do you know how to talk to customers via Upgrade to see actual info and are you a real problem solver?

For our company, currently a team of 7 people, we’re looking for 1 enthusiastic team player to assist us with helping our clients.
We are a fast-growing company that helps people to advertise on Facebook, and we need more teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to take our operation to the next level.

The work you will be doing:
- Ordering and managing supply/services for our clients (proxies, servers, accounts),
- Preparing and connecting (digital) accounts through Facebook Business Manager and other tools,
- Help with customer service: answer incoming questions, complaints and orders.

Previous experience working with FB advertising accounts and customer service is a MUST.

We’re looking for someone who is available at flexible hours as the workload varies per day. Some days are very busy, other days are more quiet.

!Important: you MUST be available to work on the weekends!

Having experience with Facebook Business Manager and/or Advertising is REQUIRED. You need to be good at solving problems and learning new things quickly by yourself.

Please be fluent in English speaking and writing. Your job will only require writing in English, but we do teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings via video calls, so we like you to speak good English as well :)
