Job Description:

As a Facebook Advertising Specialist you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Facebook ad campaigns to achieve our clients' marketing goals. You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to develop compelling ad content, target the right audiences, and maximize campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and optimize Facebook advertising campaigns for various clients.
Conduct thorough audience research to identify and target key demographics.
Create engaging ad copy, visuals, and video content tailored to different audiences.
Monitor and analyze ad performance using Facebook Ads Manager and other analytics tools.
Continuously test and refine ad creatives and strategies to improve ROI.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align advertising efforts with overall marketing strategies.
Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in Facebook advertising and social media marketing.
Manage budget allocation and ensure campaigns are cost-effective.
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Facebook Advertising Specialist or similar role.
Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and other social media advertising platforms.
Strong understanding of audience targeting, segmentation, and retargeting strategies.
Excellent copywriting and creative content creation skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with other social media advertising platforms (e.g., Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
Familiarity with A/B testing and multivariate testing methodologies.
Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.
Certification in Facebook Blueprint or similar digital marketing certifications.
