Our media buying team is at the core of driving growth for our clients, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our team by managing the ad upload process across platforms.

Role Overview
As an Ad Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for uploading and organizing ad campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, and Snapchat Ads Manager. You will ensure every ad is flawlessly matched with its corresponding visuals, ad copies, and targeting settings. Your contribution will directly impact the success and efficiency of our media buying team.

Key Responsibilities
Ad Upload & Setup: Accurately upload ads into Facebook, TikTok, and Snapchat Ads Managers following provided guidelines.
Content Matching: Ensure the correct visuals (images/videos) are paired with the corresponding ad copy and campaign specifications.
Quality Assurance: Double-check all uploads for accuracy, ensuring no errors in text, targeting, or creatives.
Platform Management: Stay organized while managing multiple campaigns across three platforms simultaneously.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the media buying team to implement ad strategies seamlessly.
Performance Monitoring: Assist in tracking the status of live ads to confirm proper deployment.

Qualifications
Experience: Familiarity with Facebook, TikTok, and Snapchat Ads Managers; prior experience in digital marketing is a plus.
Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for accuracy to avoid costly mistakes.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating and troubleshooting ad platforms.
Organized: Able to handle multiple tasks, timelines, and instructions with precision.
Proactive Learner: Willingness to stay updated on changes to platform interfaces and features.
Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with internal teams.

Preferred Skills
Experience working in a marketing or media buying team.
Familiarity with ad policies and creative best practices for social platforms.
Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics like CTR, CPC, and CPM.
