This Ads is for someone who already has experience in recruitment industry as well as a very niche market. We don't want someone who has great ecom experience, we need someone who has proven skills in service based business especially in recruitment and business space.
Requirement is someone who has a "Proven" FB ads skills for at least 3 to 5 years.
We are not looking for a newbie who just learned their tricks or someone who just learned from 1 to 5 companies here and there. We need someone who really knows their craft.
GHL knowledge is good to have but not necessary as long as you are a great FB ads master.
