Facebook Ads Specialist with GoHighLevel Expertise

We are looking for a dynamic individual with proven experience in Facebook Ads and Upgrade to see actual info (GHL) to join our team. The ideal candidate should excel in creating and managing high-performing Facebook ad campaigns while Upgrade to see actual info Upgrade to see actual info automations and funnels for lead generation and conversions. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for marketing, a deep understanding of both platforms, and the ability to adapt strategies to the UK property investment/coaching niche.

Responsibilities:

Facebook Ads:
Create, launch, and manage lead generation campaigns for Real Estate Coaches, Mentors, and Consultants (preferably UK-focused).
Write compelling UK-centric ad copy and design engaging visuals.
Upgrade to see actual info ad campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager to Upgrade to see actual info Upgrade to see actual info.
Conduct A/B testing for creatives and targeting strategies.
Monitor campaign performance and use data-driven insights for improvement.
GoHighLevel (GHL):
Quickly pick up, understand, and optimise existing systems and workflows built in GoHighLevel.
Set up and enhance marketing automations, email campaigns, and sales funnels.
Develop landing pages, appointment scheduling systems, and pipelines.
Integrate with Zapier, Twilio, Mailgun, WhatsApp, Zoom, and other tools.
Manage lead nurturing workflows and conversations AI.

Qualifications:
Proven track record with Facebook Ads and Upgrade to see actual info, including successful projects or campaigns.
Ability to easily adapt to and build upon existing GoHighLevel systems and workflows.
Experience in the property investment/coaching niche is a significant advantage.
Knowledge of UK-centric marketing strategies and copywriting.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and GHL performance metrics.
Familiarity with integrations (Zapier, Twilio, Payment Gateways, etc.) and AI tools like ChatGPT.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
