Role Overview
We are seeking a Virtual Facebook Ads Specialist + Strategist to develop, execute, and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. This role combines technical expertise and strategic thinking to deliver measurable results for our clients. As a key player in the paid social team, you will manage campaigns, craft comprehensive ad strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive, high-performing marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Development & Execution
Plan, build, and execute Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns that align with client objectives, budgets, and KPIs.
Conduct audience research and segmentation to define targeting strategies, including custom and lookalike audiences.
Design comprehensive ad funnels tailored to specific customer journeys and business goals.
Develop and test compelling ad copy, creatives, and visuals in collaboration with the design team.

Optimization & Performance Management
Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven adjustments to bids, budgets, and targeting.
Conduct A/B testing on ads, audiences, and placements to identify winning combinations.
Implement strategies to improve key metrics, including CTR, ROAS, CPA, and engagement rates.
Identify and resolve performance issues, such as low delivery or disapproved ads.

Strategy & Planning
Develop long-term Facebook Ads strategies for clients, incorporating market trends, competitive analysis, and platform updates.
Provide strategic recommendations to clients for scaling campaigns, entering new markets, and leveraging new ad formats.
Integrate Facebook Ads strategies with broader digital marketing efforts, including email marketing, SEO, and Google Ads.

Reporting & Analysis
Create detailed performance reports with insights into campaign metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
Present findings and recommendations to clients during regular meetings or strategy sessions.
Use tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, and third-party analytics tools to track and interpret campaign data.

Client & Team Collaboration
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring alignment on goals and expectations.
Collaborate with internal teams, including content, design, and SEO, to maintain consistency across all campaigns.
Stay up-to-date on Facebook Ads policies and trends, sharing insights with the team to foster continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required with significant experience).

Professional Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns with proven results.
Experience with both lead generation and e-commerce campaigns is highly desirable.
Agency experience or managing multiple client accounts simultaneously is preferred.

Certifications
Mandatory: Meta (Facebook) Blueprint Certifications, such as Media Buying Professional or Media Planning Professional.
Preferred: Certifications in Google Analytics or related data tools.

Technical Skills
Advanced knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, and third-party tools like AdEspresso or Hootsuite.
Proficiency in analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track and report campaign performance.
Strong understanding of Pixel implementation and Events Manager for tracking conversions.

Soft Skills
Exceptional analytical skills with a strong ability to interpret campaign data and draw actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and presenting strategies or findings.
Creative thinking to develop innovative ad copy and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines efficiently.
