What You’ll Do
Develop & Implement Ad Strategies: Research, plan, and implement high-converting ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
Optimize & Scale: Continuously test and optimize campaign elements (ad copy, creatives, targeting, bidding) to maximize ROI.
Manage Multiple Client Accounts: Oversee several Facebook Ad accounts simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective execution of campaigns.
Analyze Performance Metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and revenue generated to provide strategic insights for improvements.
Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with our closers to ensure lead quality and campaign consistency from ad to sale.
Reporting & Communication: Provide regular performance updates to both the team and clients, detailing wins, challenges, and actionable next steps.

Requirements
Proven Experience: Demonstrated success managing significant ad budgets on Facebook/Instagram with a track record of high ROAS.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Facebook Business Manager, Ads Manager, and analytical tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
Copywriting & Creative Insight: Ability to craft compelling ad copy and collaborate on creatives.
Excellent Communication: Fluent in English; responsive and clear with both internal teams and clients.
Availability: Able to handle multiple campaigns and adapt to performance feedback in real-time.
