Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Facebook Ads Specialist to manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of creating, launching, and managing successful ad campaigns that achieve measurable business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to drive engagement, traffic, and conversions.
Conduct in-depth audience research and segmentation to target the right demographics.
Write compelling ad copy and design engaging visuals in collaboration with the creative team.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimizing for ROI.
Conduct A/B testing to refine ad creatives, audiences, and strategies.
Stay updated on Facebook’s advertising policies, trends, and platform updates to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
Requirements:

Proven experience in managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and other relevant tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
Excellent communication and creative skills.
Knowledge of retargeting, lookalike audiences, and conversion tracking.
Experience with e-commerce and/or lead generation campaigns is a plus.
Ability to manage budgets effectively and optimize spending for maximum impact.
