About the opportunity:
We are a digital marketing agency based in Perth WA Australia (GMT +8), providing Facebook advertising as our main service in Australia. We have a motivated sales team of 3-4 members with really strong sales experience that will handle all our prospecting and sales to sign up business owners looking to grow their business utilising FB ads. Due to expected high demand, we are looking to hire multiple experienced, high-performing Facebook Ads Media Buyers to take care of the entire service delivery process.
Niche:
Home Improvements (Initially) - will expand to other areas as we go.
Responsibilities:
1. Fully manage Facebook ad campaigns from A to Z for our clients in the home services niche
2. Onboarding, research, campaign development, copywriting, creative/graphic design
3. Analysis, monitoring, reporting, optimization, and scaling of campaigns
4. Collaborate and communicate constantly with clients via WhatsApp or email (with our support)
5. Employ critical thinking and outstanding problem-solving skills to deliver results
6. Set up and manage the entire automation, CRM, and nurturing/follow-up system using Gohighlevel
Skillset Requirements:
1.Extensive experience in running successful Facebook ad campaigns from start to finish
2.Proven track record and ability to provide leads and results in any city
3.Strong understanding of Facebook Ads, audience targeting, and campaign optimization
4.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work remotely with a team
5.Ability to analyse campaign data and make data-driven decisions
Guarantee of Results:
1. We need someone who is very confident in their ability to provide leads and results. Please share your track record, proven results, and proof of concept that demonstrates your skills and ability to guarantee results for our clients.
Bonus Points:
1. Experience working with projects located in Australia and familiarity with the Australian market
2. Experience in the home improvement niches
Payment Terms and Incentive:
We can provide payment in a few different ways. But realistically, it will likely be a fixed monthly retainer or commission ?sed on ad spend. Both will work similarly as a monthly retainer fee. Please provide your rate (rate per project or monthly retainer per a few projects etc.)
