Hiring: Facebook Ads Media Buyer (Remote)

Pay: Competitive – Based on experience
Job Type: Full-Time (40 hrs/week) or Part-Time (negotiable)
Location: Remote / Work-from-Home

About the Role

We are looking for a high-level Facebook Ads Media Buyer with proven experience managing high-budget, high-ROAS campaigns. You will be responsible for launching, optimizing, and scaling ad campaigns across different niches. If you know how to turn $1 into $3+ consistently, we want you.

Responsibilities
• Launch, monitor, and scale Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
• Optimize ads for higher ROAS & lower costs (CPC, CPM, CPA)
• A/B test creatives, copy, and audiences
• Conduct detailed competitor research & audience targeting
• Analyze data and adjust ad spend accordingly
• Report key metrics and provide strategic insights

Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in Facebook Ads buying
• Experience managing $5K+ monthly ad spend
• Proven ROAS of 3X+ on campaigns
• Strong data analytics & audience targeting skills
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Hyros, Google Analytics, ClickFunnels, Zapier (preferred)
• Experience in lead generation, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing ads
• Fast learner, proactive, and results-driven
• Good written and spoken English

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Preferred)
• Experience in Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, or Snapchat Ads
• Knowledge of landing pages & funnel optimization
• Experience with dropshipping, Shopify, Amazon FBA, or info products
