We are looking for a results-driven
This role requires expertise in running high-converting ad campaigns, analysing performance data, and implementing SEO strategies to maximise reach and engagement.
The ideal candidate is data-driven, strategic, and uses their initiative.
Tasks:
- Develop, launch, and optimize
- Conduct audience research and create targeted ad strategies for lead generation and sales.
- Design, test, and refine ad creatives (images, videos, copy) for better conversion.
- Monitor and analyze ad performance, making data-backed optimizations.
- Manage budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- A/B test different ad variations to improve performance.
- Set up and track conversions using Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager.
SEO & Website Optimization
- Conduct keyword research to improve organic search rankings.
- Optimise website content, meta tags, and structure for SEO.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic using Google Analytics.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies for increased visibility.
- Stay up-to-date with Google algorithm changes and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Google Search Console.
- Experience with conversion tracking, retargeting strategies, and A/B testing.
- Knowledge of keyword research, backlinking, and technical SEO.
- Familiarity with ad copywriting and landing page optimisation.
The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining strong communication and problem-solving skills.
