We are a rapidly growing dropshipping company specializing in the European market with two years of experience. Our mission is to scale our business to 7 figures, and to achieve this, we are expanding our team efficiently. Currently, our team includes a product lister, a customer service representative, and a Facebook page administrator. We operate four Shopify dropshipping stores.

**Role Overview:**

We are seeking a meticulous **Facebook Ads Launcher** to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to set up Facebook ad campaigns in Facebook Business Manager according to our strict template. Attention to detail and timely delivery of campaigns every day are critical in this role. Ideally, you have prior experience with Facebook Ads and understand effective strategies on the platform.

You will report to our media buyer, who will oversee your work. This role has become essential as our media buyer is managing multiple tasks and requires support in launching new campaigns.

**Responsibilities:**

- Set up Facebook ad campaigns with precision, strictly adhering to the provided structure.
- Ensure timely delivery of ad campaigns each day.
- Collaborate with the media buyer on campaign details.
- Be proactive in suggesting improvements to our advertising strategies.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards new challenges.
- Respond promptly to the media buyer's requests and needs.
- Communicate effectively with the media buyer through designated channels.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the ad creation process.
- Take initiative to benefit the team and the company.
- Perform tasks assigned by the supervisor/manager.
- Report any issues to the team and manager and ensure they are resolved within 24 hours.

**Experience Required:**

- 2+ years of experience with Facebook ads.
- Experience in media buying.
- Familiarity with other ad platforms.
- Experience in dropshipping.
- Knowledge of launching CBO (Campaign Budget Optimization) broad campaigns.

**Daily Tasks:**

- Launch testing products daily for each store according to our processes and structures.
- Work Monday through Sunday, launching approximately 14 campaigns daily.
- Potential for additional work if performance meets expectations.
