Position: Organic Outreach & Lead Response Specialist
• Role: Engage with leads from our ads, respond promptly, and initiate conversations to convert them into appointments.
• Platforms: GoHighLevel, Instagram, Facebook (LinkedIn is a plus but not required).
• Work Hours: Must be available to work during U.S. time zones.
• Compensation: Hourly pay plus commission on conversions.

Responsibilities
• Engage with inbound leads from Facebook and Instagram ads.
• Conduct organic outreach to potential customers in the automotive industry.
• Respond to messages and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Use GoHighLevel CRM to track and manage conversations effectively.
• Follow scripts and sales processes to book appointments for our clients.

Requirements
• Prior experience in organic outreach and lead response.
• Proficiency in GoHighLevel (or willingness to learn quickly).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to write engaging responses and nurture leads.
• Must be available to work during U.S. time zones.
• Reliable internet connection and a proactive attitude.
