JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Virtual Assistant with expertise in Facebook Ads to help manage and optimize ad campaigns for coaches and consultants. The ideal candidate should have experience running high-converting ad campaigns, specifically for webinars, and a deep understanding of audience targeting, funnel optimization, and ad copy creation.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, manage, and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns for coaches and consultants.

Develop ad strategies to generate leads and registrations for webinars and coaching programs.

Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and targeting to improve performance.

Analyze campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for scaling.

Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI.

Optimize landing pages and funnels to improve conversion rates.

Set up retargeting campaigns to nurture and convert leads.

Monitor and troubleshoot any ad performance issues.

Stay updated on the latest Facebook Ads policies and best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven experience managing Facebook Ads for coaches, consultants, or online education businesses.

Strong knowledge of webinar advertising strategies and lead generation.

Experience with ad copywriting and creative strategy.

Ability to analyze and interpret ad performance data.

Familiarity with sales funnels and CRM systems (e.g., ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, or similar platforms).

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Experience with other paid media platforms (Google Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Experience running evergreen and live webinar ad campaigns.

Understanding of audience research and detailed targeting strategies.

Knowledge of automation tools for follow-up sequences.
