JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Facebook Ads Designer with experience in the iGaming industry. In this role, you will be responsible for designing high-performing ad creatives specifically for Facebook and Instagram, tailored to attract and engage iGaming audiences. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement. This position requires both expertise in social media ad design and a deep understanding of the iGaming space.

Responsibilities:
• Create high-quality, eye-catching Facebook and Instagram ads tailored to the unique preferences and interests of iGaming audiences.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to understand campaign objectives, target demographics, and creative requirements.
• Develop and execute ad concepts, including single image, carousel, video, and story formats, that are designed to convert.
• Continuously optimize ad creatives based on performance data, conducting A/B testing on visuals and messaging to increase engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with both iGaming industry trends and social media advertising best practices.
• Work alongside copywriters to align visuals with copy that resonates with players and motivates action.
• Coordinate with the creative team to adapt brand assets into ad formats that comply with social media advertising guidelines.
• Report on creative performance metrics and share insights to refine future campaign efforts.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in designing ads for social media platforms (portfolio required), specifically within the iGaming or online gaming industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and other design software.
• Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, with particular expertise in Facebook and Instagram Ads.
• Knowledge of audience behaviors, preferences, and trends within the iGaming sector.
• Experience using Facebook Ads Manager or similar platforms for understanding specs and optimizing ads.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing and ad performance analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, team-oriented, and receptive to feedback.

Preferred:
• Video editing and animation experience.
• Familiarity with rapid design tools like Canva or Figma for prototyping.
• Experience in other social advertising platforms, such as TikTok or Snapchat, and other iGaming ad networks is a plus.
