Job Title: Remote Digital Ads Expert

Location: Remote (Work from anywhere)
Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience

Job Overview:
As a Remote Digital Ads Expert, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital ad campaigns across a variety of platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. You will be expected to stay on top of industry trends and continuously improve ad performance to drive quality traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage online advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
Monitor and optimize campaigns to meet performance goals (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
Develop data-driven strategies to enhance campaign results and budget allocation.
Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting to improve campaign relevance and effectiveness.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure ad content aligns with the brand and overall marketing goals.
Perform A/B testing of different ad creatives, formats, and strategies to maximize performance.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in digital advertising and apply best practices to improve ad performance.
Manage ad budgets, ensuring cost-effective spend and maximum ROI.
Requirements:

Proven experience in managing paid ads on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital ad networks.
Strong analytical skills and experience in tracking, measuring, and interpreting digital marketing metrics.
Familiarity with ad management tools (Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, etc.).
Experience in running campaigns with a clear understanding of audience segmentation, targeting, and retargeting strategies.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data and strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote environment.
Creativity in developing ad copy, visuals, and strategies that capture attention and drive engagement.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with additional platforms like tiktok Ads, YouTube Ads, or other emerging ad channels.
Familiarity with eCommerce advertising or lead generation campaigns.
Knowledge of SEO and its relationship to paid ads.
Previous experience working with international markets or in a global advertising role.
