We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Facebook Ads Specialist to join our team and help us scale our clients' success.

Job Description:
As a Facebook Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Facebook advertising campaigns for our clients. You will work closely with our creative and strategy teams to ensure that ads are targeted effectively and generate measurable results. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and manage Facebook Ads campaigns for a variety of clients across different industries.
Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize for better results (CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.).
Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, targeting options, and bidding strategies to continually improve campaign performance.
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ads are visually appealing and aligned with campaign objectives.
Provide regular reports to clients on campaign performance, key metrics, and recommended improvements.
Stay up-to-date with Facebook Ads updates, trends, and best practices to ensure campaigns are optimized for success.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Facebook Ads accounts and campaigns.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the client’s goals and business objectives to tailor campaigns accordingly.
Requirements:

Proven experience managing Facebook Ads campaigns with a track record of delivering successful results.
Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Audience Insights, and other Facebook advertising tools.
Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions.
Experience with A/B testing and optimizing ad campaigns.
Familiarity with Facebook Pixel, tracking conversions, and other analytics tools.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
English proficiency (both written and spoken) for client communications.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with eCommerce, lead generation, and B2B campaigns.
Certification in Facebook Blueprint or other digital marketing certifications.
Knowledge of additional advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) is a plus.
