Facebook Ad Experience

I am looking for someone to follow Miles Beckler's process on how to test facebook ads with a small budget who then knows how to read the data by following Miles' facebook training and tell me what creative is next to do and understand how to read the data to know if an ad is working or not There is a very detailed video to follow. It will make sense to you if you have experience with ad sets. Must have experience running facebook ads.
