Job Description:
We are seeking a highly creative and efficient Facebook Ad Creative Specialist to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have experience creating Facebook ads at scale, focusing on volume and testing different marketing angles. This role requires a strong understanding of Meta Ads, excellent design skills using Canva, and proficiency in generating effective ad copy using ChatGPT.

Responsibilities:

Produce High-Volume Ad Creatives: Design and execute a large number of image ads using Canva, focusing on speed, quality, and diverse marketing angles.

Generate Compelling Ad Copy: Utilize ChatGPT and other tools to create varied and effective ad copy for A/B testing.

Test Different Marketing Angles: Develop ads with different approaches to find what resonates best with our target audience.

Collaborate on Campaign Strategy: Work closely with the marketing team to align creative efforts with campaign goals and objectives.

Provide Samples and Reports: Share samples of past work and regularly report on the performance of different ad creatives.

Stay Updated on Meta Ads Best Practices: Keep up with the latest trends and best practices for Facebook and Meta advertising.
Requirements:

Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience creating Facebook ads, with a portfolio of past work.

Design Skills: Proficient in Canva, capable of producing professional and eye-catching ads quickly.

Copywriting Ability: Strong understanding of what makes effective ad copy, with the ability to generate multiple angles using ChatGPT.

Understanding of Meta Ads: Knowledge of how to structure ads, set objectives, and test creatives effectively within the Meta platform.

Speed and Efficiency: Ability to produce a high volume of ads without sacrificing quality.

Communication Skills: Ability to work independently while keeping the team updated on progress and performance.
