Job Description: As a Facebook ADS Specialist at Legend Sports, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective Facebook advertising campaigns on an EXPERT level. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage Facebook advertising campaigns targeting the Dutch and Belgian markets.
Analyze ad performance and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
Conduct audience research to identify target segments within the Netherlands and Belgium.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce ad copy and visuals tailored to the local market.
Use data-driven insights to adjust and improve campaign performance.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Facebook advertising trends and tools.
Requirements:

Proven experience minimum 5 years as a Facebook ADS Specialist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and performance tracking tools.
Experience targeting audiences in the Netherlands and Belgium is a must.
Fluency in Dutch and/or French is highly desirable.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Understanding of sports marketing is a plus.
