FULL TIME VIDEO EDITOR FOR SKINCARE BRAND

Now, we’re looking for a high-performance video editor who can create direct response video ads that CONVERT - ads that make people stop scrolling and BUY. If you’re experienced, ambitious, and hungry to grow both personally and financially, this is your opportunity.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Create high-converting video ads (60 sec to 5-6 min) optimized for social media, especially Facebook & TikTok.
- Produce AI voiceovers using scripts we provide (we use ElevenLabs AI).
- Find & edit raw clips and b-roll footage - try to avoid stock footage, doesn't look organic.
- Perfectly sync visuals with the script’s message.
- Create killer hook visuals that immediately grab attention.
- Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Adapt and improve quickly - if you’re slow to learn, don’t apply.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- Proven experience in direct response video editing (portfolio required).
- Strong eye for viral-worthy moments, pacing, and transitions.
- Knowledge of what makes a video ad SELL.
- Ability to match sound, visuals, and text for MAXIMUM impact.
- Willingness to work 5 days a week, with occasional urgent tasks over the weekend.
- Growth mindset - this is our first video editor hire for this brand, meaning if you’re truly great, you’ll lead future editors as we grow.
